Does anyone here have any recommendations or general advice on what to look out for when considering vulvoplasty (minimal/zero-depth vaginoplasty)?
Almost all the discussions and information that are easy to find focus on full-depth vaginoplasties and which methods or doctors are best for that.
And the question is whether that information applies here too or if different criteria come into play.
I’d also appreciate any recommendations (positive or negative) for Germany, feel free to DM me if you don't want to reply public.

Three years ago I was at the WGT in Leipzig and met @ics@tau-ceti.space on their #trainabout ("a short meeting, maybe a coffee" turned into 6hours or so).
That was most likely the catalytic event that made my egg crack two and a half days later (I don't think it wouldn't have cracked otherwise, but not sure about the timeline).
And while it is sometimes strenuous and the energy for side projects is way lower "currently" - it's my life now, and it's worth living and I'm happier than ever (except maybe when I was a small child).

When I started my transition, I envied people who had a binary goal a little, as it gave them a relatively clear goal. But looking back, I'm not so sure that it's as much of an advantage as I thought back then.
Yes, it can probably speed up the medical transition compared to my journey, make communication easier and save you from a lot of pondering, BUT I often hear them describe how the initial huge mismatch between "goal" and "experience in everyday interactions and the mirror" can result in crippling dysphoria. And while I also experience(d) dysphoria, the mismatch was never so extreme and - so far at least - my dysphoria has usually felt somewhat manageable (especially when I compare my experience to what others tell me).
So nowadays, I'm far more undecided if it would have been better to know from the beginning where I wanted to end up (without knowing exactly where I'll end up, but it's definitely way way way more on the femme side than I expected three years ago).

@maxxcan @JellyTBeagle Growing up next to a farm I might have become a farmer if my family had land.
Really liked helping on the farm as a child.
But looking back I'm no sooo unhappy with my career choice. The work on a farm is quite hard, especially if you have animals, and nowadays not even much less "screen time".

But from my own transition and relationship, sometimes these "ultimatum" shouldn't be taken at face value, they can be a proxy for (now) unmet needs on the side of the partner.
(Or just honest, sometimes attraction depends on some things and without them ...)
But I'd also say, it really depends on the way it is said.

@LeelaTorres Änderung "einfach so" finde ich sehr wertvoll. Aber die Auswahl "Herr, Frau, Divers" lässt mich immer das schlimmste erahnen. Divers ist halt keine Anrede und Briefe an "Divers; Vorname Nachname" oder "Guten Tag Divers Nachname" sind jetzt keine tollen Erfahrungen.
"Herr, Frau, Neutral" o.Ä. wirkt deutlich vielversprechender. (Und wenn das Geschlecht abgefragt wird, wirkt nur drei der vier Optionen anzubieten einfach stümperhaft.)

Grundsätzlich sollten sich neuere am Rechner als auch am Mobilgerät nutzen lassen, und die haben oftmals mittlerweile unterschiedliche Funktionalitäten.
Mensch kann die wirklich als (alleinigen) Schlüssel verwenden, aber häufiger werden die als zweiten Faktor "something you have" genutzt, so das jemensch sowohl dein Passwort in Erfahrung bringen müsste als auch Zugriff auf den Token bekommen, um sich anzumelden. Und beides zugleich ist recht unwahrscheinlich (ohne "an Stuhl fesseln und so lange mit Schraubenschlüssel drauf hauen bis du es verrätst").
