Yeah I do think it'd make a great #Monsterdon! It's probably on the more competent end of the spectrum among movies we've done, but it'd be far from unprecedented, and I do think there are a fair number of mock-worthy elements (even discounting the changes in cinematic convention between then and now)
Good think Rowena remembered a few things from her hypnosis 101 class

I assume from the echo that this is the wizard's second or third time through this movie

This seems to be a pretty good metric for nonsense level

The fire is clearly getting paid per minute of screen time

Night of the Living Dead is a pretty good movie for its time. But it's also giving strong #Monsterdon vibes - like, I'm pretty sure I could have checked off most of a Monsterdon bingo card with horror movie tropes that seem dated or cheesy in the current era of movie viewing. (Not a knock on the movie, just a reflection on how our expectations change over time)

It's a measure of this movie that the characters think finding red dust on Mars is interesting, and I believe it

I hope the fox haunts every single person in this movie

Time is long. Plots wither and character development crumbles.

You'd think it would be the logical assumption that the space explorers came from Earth given that it's literally the closest planet to Mars (most of the time)
