Idea for godot-common lisp integration

1. parenscript-like transpiler to gdscript.

2. Something that can send commands to Godot, for example to register scripts to nodes, create new nodes, scenes etc. Seems like something like this should already exist, but if not, it will be a small plugin you'd install in your Godot project.
