@Violet wild that autism acceptance month starts with a day dedicated specifically to gaslighting people and violating their trust huh
realising that doing cardio *after* weights is the way to go after today's session
i can still do 3-5km moderate/high intensity on the elliptical and be knackered afterwards, but now i'm not leaving anything on the table \o/

@jihyn@bark.lgbt but yeah meal prep's great, if you have the freezer space and the majority of the fridge isn't taken up by fresh ingredients and bottled water >.>
i am, surprisingly, enjoying working out and eating less processed rubbish in my diet in a bid to lose around 25kg of body fat/replace it with muscle *however*
i'm shit at maths, i live alone, have limited freezer space and every single recipe online serves a whole ass family ;_;

@batterpunts@mastodon.social i'm definitely stronger than i give myself credit for
i am after losing a bunch of body fat though bc my last doctor's checkup had me at around 114kg (i'm around 193cm) and what they said was "mild liver impairment" after bloods
i've lost at least 7kg over the course of about 6-8 weeks just through going twice a week, changing my diet up, actually hydrating properly and completely cutting out alcohol and i feel way better - my main vices now are the odd pizza and pepsi max

@batterpunts@mastodon.social haha yeah i was kinda used to carrying whole slabs and 4l worth of pepsi max up 2 flights of stairs when i did drink, along with my weekly food shop
it's cases of spring water now, which is equally as, if not, heavier
