I made a thing! Come help out? retrorepro.wiki — a catalogue of modern reproduction parts for vintage computers. Reloaded logic boards, 3D-printable brackets, replacement chips, analog board recreations and more. Mac-heavy right now (that's what my bookmarks look like), but Commodore and IBM PC sections are coming. Missing something? Account requests are open. https://retrorepro.wiki/Main_Page (Who wants to make a logo?) #vintagemac #vintagecomputers #vintageapple #retrocomputing

@smallsco Smoothwall Linux (2.4 based) running on literally a piece of wood with a leftover Socket7 motherboard, two scrounged NICs (RTL8139 + 3Com 905-something) in the attic where the ADSL intake was. It was amazing. ❤️

@lejapproach Atari will definitely be on there, but I'll be completely dependent on community contributions as I... don't really know that much about Ataris 🫣

@Gammitin Incredibly close to my(our) first PC. Ours was labelled PCS FAMILIA and came with a 486SX clocked at 25MHz and sporting 4mb RAM and a 170mb hard drive. I've been looking for one for a couple of decades now 😄

@Rairii@labyrinth.zone There was once upon a time a Linux kernel patchset for these 1st generation PowerPC Nubus based macs. Perhaps you could glean from there: https://sourceforge.net/projects/nubus-pmac/ (there are GitHub mirrors here and there) + https://nubus-pmac.sourceforge.net/
