If you have a samsung/android phone and a widget called "Glance powered by AI" pops up on your lock screen, you can uninstall it from apps. For some reason (because they don't want you to find it), it's listed as "All Apps" and not Glance. It popped up on one of my coworker's phones yesterday and I had to look up how to disable it, so now I'm just sharing the knowledge.

We have been in a dystopia for at least 25 years, this is just the first time you've noticed.
In response to that "books are too woke now" vid, I kind of want to make a vid with the thesis "Books have always been woke, you're just a hater now," but the thought of actually putting effort into that response sounds like such a brain drain

She took a picture of a table of new releases, read the synopses, noticed a lot of them mentioned gay, lesbian, queer, or trans and one of them was about racial and class inequality, so she went home and made a video about how modern fiction doesn't have anything for her. Literally judging books by their covers
