@alice@lgbtqia.space Some of the best parenting advice I ever recieved is to treat other women the way I expect other men to treat my daughter. You don't need to have a daughter for that exercise to be effective, but it sets her expectations for respect at a good level if you do, and it teaches sons how to treat women as well.

@PicardTips@mas.to Corollary: encourage your team to question your decisions, but only when there's time to do so. And remember to take responsibility for what you decided in the moment, especially if it was wrong. They know you're not always right anyway, but acting with integrity will make them trust that you'll protect them in future emergencies.
