random tips i actually do in practice:

• using toner on your entire neck, including the back of your neck
• using moisturizer/lotion on your entire neck, including the back
• cleaning your ears and moisturizing them daily
• making sure to use spf on the eyelids, ears, and the entirety of your neck
• uv protective foil on windows so i don't need spf when i'm staying inside
• it's two fingerfuls, not two fingers
• vaseline on hands before i go to sleep
• vaseline on lips and under eyes
• vaseline on elbows and knees
• layering the same product multiple times
• applying serums/creams/gels/treatments on a target area instead of the entire face/body
• hypochlorous acid spray after sweating if you can't wash within 20 minutes
• silicone body scrubber, no loofah/sponge
• exfoliating armpits
