La législation devrait s'appliquer aux réseaux centralisés et dirigés par des algorithmes et exempter les réseaux décentralisés comme Mastodon. (I'm also seeing that Little Brother has been translated in french but seems to be no longer available.) If you someday publish your stuff with Pow Pow, I would like a signed copy of Unauthorized Bread or maybe of Little Brother (I'm halfway through, it's really good.).
