I went with my friends, Cory and Lisa, to the SLC Beltane Festival. I had to make a flower crown, I just couldn't not. It just so happens that I was with someone who spent 20 years creating sets for ballet, so he used discarded leftovers laying around, and we made quite the crown!

This is fantastic! Always expect people to live up to the better version of themself. Give them the opportunity to do so, every chance you get. I have led humans from being transphobes to becoming firm allies with this one simple trick. Thank you for sharing. 🥰 @TheBreadmonkey

Self care is... Declining a date tomorrow with someone I really want to share space with. I had to ask myself if I was going to be uncomfortable, and if I have the energy to be whole for the evening. And I don't. I'm still healing from the psychic wounds that recent news brought. Hopefully I'll finish doing the work to disentangle my feelings about long ago connections, and will stop allowing this to affect me so strongly. Self awareness doesn't mean you skip mourning, unaffected. #SelfCare

Today has been an adventure in stationary travel! I've hardly left my bed, and I feel like I've traveled to the opposite side of the globe and back. I spent hours in and out of meditation. I got to talk to a close friend about deep things. I have a bunch of audio books and music archiving to storage as I type. I've contemplated flying to Virginia for a mini vacation. I still have the option of a DMT sacrament ahead of me. There may be some baking that happens. And the day isn't even over! ☺️

Just got home from depositing the check from insurance for my totaled SUV. I am gonna miss that car. A 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe that took me all over the country, from Portland to Chicago to Lake Havasu, and always back home to the SL,UT. I even lived in the car for many months, in 2024. Now I can afford to fix the brakes on Kaya's Truck, and I will be mobile again, soon! 🧭

• he's only mad at himself - the words carry vibrations he says I misunderstood
• it wasn't about me - I was just the mirror he chose and I said no to the reflection
• still not about me - I read the energy wrong rather, the energy read wrong
• his critic came after me - because he's mad at his self
