Bandcamp now has a way to see all new releases by artists and labels you follow: https://bandcamp.com/discover?fb=1&s=new
It's less cluttered than the main feed 'Fan activity' and better than the 'New Releases from artists you follow' sidebar which misses a lot of stuff.
Probably best to bookmark that link, otherwise you have to follow these steps to get it:
- Start at Bandcamp main page
- scroll down to find the section called 'Discover music by genre and location'
- click the 'Explore more genres' link
- on the grey top menu beneath the genre tags, click 'artists and labels you follow'
- in top-left dropdown menu, change default sort from 'best-selling' to ' new arrivals'

made more progress with analysis of block CA rule 39 images - now calculated how many unique patterns there are for a 24-cell CA size, which is the largest I've been able to deal with so far, and which took over an hour to run: 18,964 unique patterns among 16,777,216 possible patterns.

I just found this article, which explains the connection. the track refers to a fashion brand called Charivari, so that fits with the lyrics, and the brand was named after the word in the 'rough music' sense. A Number of Names changed the spelling to avoid legal issues.
