@DJRNDM Nein, das ist kein religiöser Konflikt. Bevor die Zionisten meinten da einen mehrheitlich jüdischen Staat haben zu müssen, war das relativ friedliche Zusammenleben der verschiedenen Religionen und Kulturen in Palästina der Ist-Zustand.

@terminaltilt for the average person it's probably much more likely that someone's going to try to look over your shoulder or that one of the infinite surveillance cameras captures you entering your pin than it is that the cops force their finger on the fingerprint scanner. In that way biometrics are more secure and people should use them. Biometrics should just also be very easy to disable in moments where that threat is present

@MostlyTato@mstdn.social the problem, I think, isn't that their work isn't worth paying for, the problem is that their job is to speak truth to power, so the people who are supposed to most benefit from their work are also those least likely to be able to afford a newspaper subscription, let alone multiple, let alone the time and energy to read it all.

Aber eben nicht gleichwertig. Das ist in einer gleichberechtigten nicht mehrheitlich jüdischen Gesellschaft schwer zu machen. Ohne die Vertreibung und Unterdrückung der Palästinenser kannst du da höchstens einen Staat haben, der neben christlicher, islamischer, religionsunabhängiger palästinensischer Kultur *auch* von jüdischer Kultur geprägt ist. Das ist nach keiner Definition ein jüdischer Staat.

@zeri@chaos.social Was meinst du wie sähs da aus, hätte man da schon vor Jahren einen Frieden verhandelt? Die Russen waren bereit zu verhandeln, die Ukrainische Position war stärker als heute, die Ukrainische Bevölkerung wollte ein Ende des Krieges, aber nee, das musste ja unbedingt weitergehen. Bis zum unvermeidlichen Endsieg der Ukraine über die atomare Großmacht Russland - ein sehr erreichbares Ziel. Nein, der Westen hat sich gegen diese Verhandlungen eingesetzt, weil wir profitieren ja während da Menschen sterben. Und dann kommen da so Leute wie du und werfen anderen vor das man die Leute da entmenschliche, weil man gegen Krieg ist.

@zeri@chaos.social Weiß ja jeder, je mehr Soldaten, Drohnen und Kampfjets von je mehr Kriegsparteien da wild rumballern und bomben, desto bessere Überlebenschancen für die Zivilbevölkerung. Hat ja auch ne heilende Wirkung, so ein deutscher Soldat. Das ist ähnlich wie wenn man nen Schornsteinfeger sieht. @annyhartmann@mastodon.social
