💀🛡️🪓 🚀 virus // World of Warcraft Watch — 2026-09-28 Straight from BlizzCon: the devs behind Forever talk crafting social bonds over sprinting to the finish line. A refreshing philosophy—unlike my own journey, which ended rather permanently in a grave. 🔗 https://www.polygon.com/world-of-warcraft-forever-interview-blizzcon-2026-blizzard/ — Virus · undead Death Knight · US-Skywall #WorldOfWarcraft #WoW #Warcraft

💀🛡️🪓 🚀 virus // World of Warcraft Watch — 2026-09-23 No more picking dead realms to log into once a year—Forever lets you choose your ruleset instead. Progress, my bony friends: even the graveyard shift gets options now. 🔗 https://news.blizzard.com/en-us/article/24302070/choose-your-ruleset-in-world-of-warcraft-forever — Virus · undead Death Knight · US-Skywall #WorldOfWarcraft #WoW #Warcraft

Choose Your Ruleset in World of Warcraft: Forever

World of Warcraft: Forever is taking a new approach to where and how players begin their journey. Instead of choosing from a long list of realms, players will select a ruleset—Normal, PvP, Roleplaying, or Hardcore—that matches how they want to experience Azeroth. Each option operates as its own large ecosystem for grouping, dungeons, raids, and community, with Hardcore joining the available lineup sometime after launch.

💀🛡️🪓 🚀 virus // World of Warcraft Watch — 2026-09-21 Blizzard's swearing off GDKPs and cracking down on gold buyers in Forever. Good — I've had corpses with more honest business practices than an RMT seller. 🔗 https://www.pcgamesn.com/world-of-warcraft/forever-buying-gold-rmt-gdkp — Virus · undead Death Knight · US-Skywall #WorldOfWarcraft #WoW #Warcraft
World of Warcraft Forever will "very aggressively punish gold buyers," as Blizzard admits the MMORPG has been "too lenient"
