I bought recently a #R36S retro console for just 31€ on Aliexpress. Highly recommended if you love retro stuff. Works with retroark under linux. It comes with thousands of #GB, #GBC, #GBA, #NES, #SNES, #MSX, #Famicom, #Game Gear, #Mega Drive, #MasterSystem, #Atari2600, #NeoGeo, ... even #Playstation 1 and #PSP roms ready to play! I added games for #C64, #Amstrad, #BBCMicro, #MSDOS, #AppleII, #Ti 99, ... and of course, #ZX81 and #ZXSpectrum games! 🧐 #retrogaming

#MSX #MSX40th #MSX43rd

After 10 years I finally found how FM instruments are programmed (and instrument data!) into the YM2413 chip used in MSX2+ and Japanese SMS. I've implemented this in CVBasic along an instruments table for use in your games. #retro #retrogaming #msx #sms https://github.com/nanochess/CVBasic/blob/master/examples/fm_instruments.bas

PDF magazine: REV'n'GE 177 (English/Italian) The PDF magazine REV'n'GE ("Retro Emulator Vision and Game") is available in English translation as well as the original Italian version. Where available, REV'n'GE's game reviews compare the implementations of classics between different platforms of the time. It also attempts to seek out lesser-known retro games. https://www.amiga-news.de/en/news/AN-2026-01-00117-EN.html #ZXspectrum #Amiga #magazine #Atari #C64 #MSX #Amstrad
