Elon Musk says empathy should be deep, not shallow. In simple words, it is not enough to say you care. Real empathy means you actually do something that helps people.
Shallow empathy is when people react for a moment and then forget. Deep empathy is different. It means you think about people, their struggles, and the future in a serious way. It also means taking action, even when it is not easy.
In everyday life, this matters a lot. Real care builds trust, stronger relationships, and better decisions. Whether it is family, work, or society, people notice what you do more than what you say.
Many problems continue because people care only for a short time. Real change happens when care stays consistent and turns into action.
If you truly care, it will show in your actions, not just your words.
Strong values are proven by what you do, not what you say.
