The good news in #Mastodon dev these days is that Gargron, the main developer, is "making progress on adding end-to-end encryption for direct messages in Mastodon".
It's probably going to take a while before it gets there. But it's a good step in the right direction.

I'm really happy to share that I've transfered the #ForkAwesome project to a group of very passionate individuals. Thanks to their patience and motivation, there is a future for set of #Icons that grew so important for a lot of people in the #floss community. Special thanks to @douginamug@mastodon.xyz who made this transition process so smooth and for driving the community. Follow the project at @forkawesome@floss.social and on https://forkaweso.me

Hello Merveille.Town. I'm really happy to join you. I'm in the process of moving from @xuv@mastodon.social. Once I'm all set in, I'll be properly doing an introduction. In the meantime, looking forward to read you.
Are you bored at home? Are you looking for some 20 years old niche #SocialNetwork? Do you still use mainly #cash? Do you ever wonder where that € bill you have in your hand has been traveling from or where it’s heading?

Hey all. I'm currently moving this account to a single-user #mastodon instance.
Find me at @julien@m.xuv.be
Dear #Merveilles,
I've decided to leave town and try my hands at a single-user Mastodon instance. It's a bit apprehensive and grateful that I leave this space, Although I'm not really leaving this community, I thank you for welcoming me with open arms 3 years ago. I might be back in town some day, if you still want me.
In the meantime, I'll be posting from @julien@xuv.be
A special thank you to @somnius@merveilles.town for taking so good care of this space.
I'll see you on the Fediverse and elsewhere…
Any project or reference to recommend for charging stations for homes?
Let me explain. I’m tired of seeing these chargers for smartphones and other tablets plugged all over the apartment. I think if we had one main location to charge our devices it would look tidier and also be less "in your face". Anyone has any nice looking setups here to recommend or any strategies you have experimented with?

@aurocha@masto.pt People are surprised? Really? But that's exactly how the patriarchy is working. A f***ing boys club. No more, no less.
