My husband was skeptical that it could be interesting or surprising to him, someone who has True One Hundred Percented balatro and has naneinf'd himself He spent the entire run screaming, pulling his hair, rolling around in shock and saying things like "THE SERPENT, YES, THE SERPENT COULD SAVE US" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7Go7IXlYLg @0xabad1dea@infosec.exchange adef never disappoints

Open post wuest @wuest@hachyderm.io · 2mo ago Replying to @jamie@zomglol.wtf Every team I've worked with since before Rails called them system tests has spent a ridiculous amount of time and effort dealing with them failing intermittently for reasons nobody understands. @jamie@zomglol.wtf I agree with you broadly, and will add as a "yes, and": If the team doesn't understand the failure mode, that means they don't really understand the code under test.

There have been numerous events where big-name VPN providers claim they're not logging anything, and it turns out that they were the entire time. Its the same reason why I despise DNS over HTTPS. "Why do you hate privacy bro?". I dunno. Why do you enjoy handing all of your DNS records over to cloudflare, a company that has a pretty shitty track record and are nazi sympathizers? If you want it done right, you do it yourself. Its not easy, but being reasonably sure never is. @da_667@infosec.exchange @tinker@infosec.exchange "I don't hate privacy, I just can't stand lies"
