"...for some listeners, the appeal is ease and predictability: no apps to troubleshoot, no passwords to remember, no buffering delays—just a disc, a button, and a story. For many people, pressing play on a physical machine is just much easier and far less stressful." @DavidGoldfield@allovertheplace.ca
These two I'm proud to call friends. We, indeed, had a great time chatting. Thank you both for a great conversation with fun energy, and here's to many more! @chris@mysticaccess.online

@douglas2005@dragonscave.space @JonathanMosen@caneandable.social Very surprising. I just saw them at ATIA. They were displaying their fancy oven, and very invested in the process of accessibility and furthering that mission. Granted, this was in January, so well before the fall-out in March, but still. Seems like there was lots of potential there to manufacture and support a useful and accessible product from those who had invested in it.

Queso's like insurance for full chips every time. No premium has to be paid. So I'll take that guarantee. (2/2)

@DavidGoldfield@allovertheplace.ca @serrebi@serrebiradio.com Did either of you install that? I tried several times, but after getting to the "Finish" button, it said the process failed because it needed elevation. I ran it as admin and told UAC to go pound sand, so ... not sure what happened there. But I've struck out.

@guilevi@dragonscave.space @serrebi@serrebiradio.com MS Edge, (again, Microsoft being Microsoft), enjoys saying "file deleted" almost endlessly until ... the file downloads? It is on my work PC, so I feel ya there! If it helps, you're not alone. It is really quite jarring, though.

@ricky_enger@mindly.social @Ranger1138@mindly.social I'm personally that heathen that prefers melted shredded cheese on my nachos. However, there are some favorite people in my life who prefer, (and, this would be my second choice if I did queso), to have it on top of the warm toppings. Think about it! It wraps all the toppings up together, like a nice hug. Ensuring no stray piece of meat or vegie comes flying out. This also means you get a satisfying mouthful of chip with toppings on it. (1/2)

@serrebi@serrebiradio.com Ooo, tell me about blindTerm? Been working with Codex in the terminal and using NVDA's review commands seem to get the job done, but if there is a more efficient way, I'm all ears.

@CreativeChris@tweesecake.social @Woody@dragonscave.space Dictation also puts "brown" instead of "Braille". And I have seen "brow" before, too.
