The Argent Grub

@nham @ph4nt@lgbtqia.space @4triks@mas.to @shiftctrlmusic@mastodon.social @gavcloud@sonomu.club @baltimega@ravenation.club @timerival@masto.ai @ashnoodle@tech.lgbt @sonicwalker@mastodon.social @desolationpark@mastodon.art @fluffy@plush.city I love these mini-compilation posts, but it takes time to listen to everything, so sorry for the late follow up. As ever it all sounds amazing. Some things are more to my taste than others - my picks of the bunch are tracks from @desolationpark@mastodon.art , @baltimega@ravenation.club , @sonicwalker@mastodon.social @timerival@masto.ai . Special mention to @fluffy@plush.city for a superbly crafted song - not 100% my thing but... respect!

@kidlightbulbs@musicworld.social thanks. I'll check it out ..

@kidlightbulbs@musicworld.social Hey. I think it's a good service but I'm not actually using it much. I just did a search for 'argent' and 'The Argent Grub' wasn't suggested as a result. 'argent grub' did find me tho. Dunno if that's a candidate for some work? I think another thing for artists is stats about if their music is getting discovered via unstream. Are people searching you and clicking links?

@ftmf #fairttrademusicfriday recommendations from me: Lianne Hall (one of John Perl's favourite artists) and friends. https://man-and-error.bandcamp.com/album/2025 Dean McPhee's new album. 3 long form pieces recorded in one take - https://deanmcphee.bandcamp.com/album/northern-earth-2 Someone I met on Mastodon @Undercat https://convair.bandcamp.com/album/longing-heart-of-the-north-star And Bradford's Echo Machine One - We Rise Again! https://echomachineone.bandcamp.com/track/we-rise-again

@ardour@fosstodon.org Thanks again for all your work over the years. These latest changes look amazing. I love the look of the piano roll window and I'm looking forward to having a go at region based effects (fects, fects, fects) in particular - although if that's the best I can do I probably shouldn't be allowed. Also just all the work to make things better - your knowledge and insight is amazing. Well done.

@amatecha@merveilles.town So a bit late for Christmas 2025, but definitely adding this to next year's festive playlist. Good stuff.
