spiny / TMT

Looking forward to a nice mix on this rainy evening here in the UK south west. Got some Vault City 'mini choc eggs choclate stout' to be going on with :) #listeningclub

This is Transplants, one of the many bands Tim Armstrong has been in, namechecking one of his other bands, Rancid. Blink and you'll miss it. This is a great album too, if you like that sort of thing, like I do :) #listeningclub

#listeningclub this reminds me of Karl Hyde's (Underworld) solo 'Edgeland' - not the voice, thats totally different, but the feel is similar :)

@eastvanhalen@mastodon.social @kleptones@mastodon.social @ThatNewSound@mastodon.social I had to look them up, as I thought 'theres no way they were from Yorkshire" #listeningclub

It occurs to me that someone could have picked pretty much any HMHB track, hoping to hear at least one :) #listeningclub

well, i recognise this, but can't name it, as per usual :D #listeningclub

#listeningclub Scroobius Pip was also excellent in the TV sci fi 'Debris' which oddly is where i first 'discovered' him

Love me a bit of Bill :) #listeningclub

claps! very much enjoyed the varied styles on that :) #listeningClub

whoa , genre change! #listeningClub

it probably isn't but this has the feel of a Norman Cook one off, in a good way :) #listeningClub

#listeningClub maddeningly familiar, but I expect i'll be "it was them? really?" when its announced later :)

ready again for tonights #listeningclub after a weekend of car wins and losses, but some nice weather, so potential garage bills aside, not a bad weekend all round. got some Badger Ale ready to go, as per the drinking tips :)

tune! #listeningclub

with Phil Campbells recent passing, I realied that all the people on stage in the band when i saw them at Glastonbury are no longer with us :/ #listeningclub
