it is functionally not possible to "not move the cursor" in vr and also on many tablets that sense pen position without touch. this worsens with any kinda hand tremor in either situation. please implement some kinda sticky dwell hover please

i wish there was more that could be done about cpu bottlenecks in games and things. with gpus you can often dial things down to Doom 2 visuals to deal with a lack of vram or whatever but cpu bottlenecks frequently feel like 'time to get rearchitecting bucko' territory

Vives require 2-4 laser-scanning lighthouses/base-stations for tracking, which afaik there are no new manufacturers for, they are all fragile optomechanical contraptions and are starting to fail. Vive Pro Eye headsets are still a gold standard for Resonite specifically and have hot-mirror behind-the-screen eye tracking that is second to none, but still cost more than a new Frame would for just the headset before controllers+lighthouses

@azonenberg@ioc.exchange it's one of thosr crap single hose exhaust units and i did an abysmal job sealing it all up. there are many openings. it shares a window with my RF feedhrough for my radios so it lacks a screen on that side and my foam strip wot seals the two window halves never got reinstalled right
