Did you notice the look of Unreal 6 in the Rocket League trailer? I'm pretty sure we're looking at UE6 rending in real-time path tracing mode, not regular Lumen.
Let me tell you why I believe so, and go over how this new version of the popular game engine will affect the gaming industry

The Steam Machine's price and launch date were revealed today.
It starts at $1049 with just the box, no controller. Then it goes all the way up to $1428 if you get 2TB of storage + controller.
Way more expensive that most anyone was expecting/hoping. Does it still make sense to you?
Hardware should start shipping around June 29th. Preorders begin today, but are on a lottery system through the 25th

Nintendo has revealed a new StarFox remake. Looks mostly like StarFox 64, but has some added story bits.
I'm excited even though I would have loved something completely new. Looks good!
I'm going to try this prediction again 😅
I think we will see the first game utilizing MegaLights in production very soon! Epic just released UE 5.7 bringing the feature from expiremental to beta. And where do they test new features? In Fortnite…
Chapter 7 should begin around November 30th. And for PS5 (base) or better hardware expect glowing surfaces all around the island to show off what this new lighting system can do

I had to make a new prediction on the price of the Steam Machine. New data indicates my prior hope was too low 😅

FSR 4 support is finally coming to RDNA 3 GPUs officially! And RDNA 2 cards too next year.
Just in time for the impending Steam Machine release
Xbox is increasing their prices again. Going up $100-200 per console. With the 2TB model discontinued. So it is now $500 for a Series S (launched at $300)
The PS6 is coming soon! And with not just a new console, but also a handheld. With Xbox bowing out of consoles and shifting to PC, Nintendo is now Sony's primary competition

It's been a minute since I made a new video. Just got done recording a new one. Hope to have it you soon
The PS5 is now $600 and the PS5 Pro is $900!
Crazy times we are living in…
Rumors say the next Xbox and the PS6 have been delayed due to part price increases. But Xbox doesn't have that kind of time to waste. In today's video I'll explain why

MegaLights are live in Fortnite now! Epic has not officially mentioned it, but in today's video I'll show you why I'm pretty sure they are already active today

The new Steam Machine has huge implications for the console and PC gaming landscape. And it should be a huge boon to Linux gaming too. But also, will it launch with Half Life 3!?

After a little bit of a hiatus I have a new video up! It's a long one, but I'll be going over a number of issues that are dragging the industry down and need to be corrected.
Note, I recorded this a couple weeks ago before the Steam Machine was announced**

So I took a look at the new Steam Machine's specs, and well... hopefully it's going to be really cheap. They are saying you'll be able to play 4k/60 with FSR. And yet it seems between Xbox Series S and PS5 level performance. Also, they went with an RDNA 3 chip, and yet FSR 4 doesn't yet officially support it.
I see this as probably good enough for today, but it's going to be outdated in 2-3 years. This is clearly a gen 9 machine, and will be left in the dust by PS6 and Xbox Magnus
Video soon
Valve has just announced their new VR headset, the Steam Frame. This time around it's a stand alone unit. No need for lighthouses, and it can play games internally. And just like SteamDeck it runs SteamOS, despite having an Arm CPU. It also has the ability to connect to your PC or the also announced Steam Machine wirelessly!
Along with it comes revised controllers and eye tracking
