One of the great jokes that old age plays on you:
Growing hair in places you don't want any just when your eyesight has degraded enough so that you can't see it's happening.
What they say: Got it. We'll tune your recommendations.
What they mean: We'll ask you again next time even though you've rejected us every other time we've asked for the last ten years.
Modern tech is entirely built on harassment.

@iFixit By far my biggest repair win was rebuilding a carburetor on an old Honda Prelude back in the 90s. Guided by a Chilton manual, I took the old one apart and placed the pieces on a big piece of cardboard, labeling as a I went. When I was all done, I got in the car and turned the key... and it started! I drove that Prelude for another two years or so before selling it.
Techbros: We invented a time traveling theft machine that can steal your work from the past so it can take your job in the future!
Sane world: Wait, what? Couldn't we put that effort into universal healthcare instead? We already have the "technology" for that.
Techbros: No way! Do you lame-ohs even tech? Now we're working on Mars colonies!
