It is now possible to test Office 365 on Linux via Soda 11.0-17 and Bottles! BUT, please read here before doing it: this was a long-run work, tested only on my laptop. It's a work that touches wine, DLLs, scripts, wrappers, Bottles and many many other stuff, so please be careful, It is far more likely that it won't work than the opposite. @moshimotsu@floss.social I was just tired of bloated desktops, I wanted something modern that stays under 200MB. It’s built natively for Wayland using labwc under the hood to avoid reinventing the wheel, with no plans for Xorg support. I love the GNOME workflow but I’m fed up with the libadwaita-only direction and the feeling that any modification is an impurity. This is also a good playground, where I can do anything without being forced into someone else's design guidelines. Oh and I love experimenting 🫠

I was talking about my and system apps but I already wrote the system ones like files, terminal, text editor and calculator and I am working on a store, the only app that will still use libadwaita is Bottles (for now, actually I am working on integrating it deeply in the OS directly, but that's another thing, also Bottles Next is a thing). Like I do not like to be forced on a way, I am not forcing themes in other apps.
