@wim_v12e@scholar.social if they're connected to the gas network and the electricity price is still dictated by the gas price, could this also increase the cost of electricity?

There's so much bullshit I hear about Culloden.
It wasn't about independence. It wasn't Scotland vs England. It wasn't Scots vs Scots, or Gael vs Gael for that matter.Jacobites didn't lose because they didn't have archers on horseback (most ridiculous I've heard)Jacobites didn't lose because they weren't wearing shoesthe Battle didn't end the clan system
Lots of other oddities too. But folk will Prebble their history; less truth more Braveheart

The two weird reasons for loss were Scottish tour-guides telling USians about the battle. Can we not lie about our own history?! Fuckin eejits.
An 83 minute independent documentary about Honda engines in F1, specifically between 2014 and 2025. Yes Please!

@douginamug I've found similar, the peoples opinions I have changed have always come through friendliness in person.
I used to work with people who were anti-vegan-labelled food. Veganism bad etc. After a month or two they were ensuring plant alternatives were available at work for colleagues. So a total about turn.
Believe if I was rude or pushy, that world not have happened
Of the two birds pictured, the one with standing I think is a parent bird as it was feeding the one trying to tuck into some peanuts.
It was also chasing away the Coal Tits that were also trying to get a bit of food, unsure why when no-one else wants to touch the peanuts.
