I really really like this light Some have said that other models are better/newer but I wanted a D4V2 for its ideal size I've heard that red flashlights are useful for stargazing, to preserve your night vision. I didn't know that it was possible to special-request 720nm! I have the normal red ones, I think 660nm. I wonder how feasible it would be for me to swap LEDs by myself.

even though I'm not an "EDC" enthusiast I've been having a lot of fun learning how to use this pair of Emisar D4V2 lights... The brass one on the left has 2x red LEDs (SST-20), and 2x 1800K (warm) LEDs so it's great for my nightstand. The right one is aluminum and has 2x Nichia 519A 5700K, and 2x 519As at 3500K so I can interpolate between those temperatures. I really want an ultraviolet one now for my mineral collection... I don't really know anything about LEDs. I only know that these devices are fun to fiddle with. I'm waxing the brass one to hopefully delay any tarnishing lol

@digitalCalibrator@hol.ogra.ph oh my gosh that is a lot all at once :( Car stuff is so stressful but at least it sounds like he is safe! And then having to scramble to get everything ready in time, geez! But it sounds like you succeeded with the career fair despite all the chaos! It's admirable. You seem like someone who is patient and thinks quickly under stress. Everything always works out when you have a fixing mindset like that, but I'm sorry that it's so stressful in the meantime
