The second maintenance release of the 26.04 series is out with stability and workflow improvements across rendering, timeline editing, project handling, and packaging.
It also fixes a 4-year-old Windows bug, finally allowing exports directly to network drives.
#Kdenlive 26.04.1 is out with an important security fix, we urge everyone to upgrade.

Kdenlive 25.12 is out just in time for the holiday season. This release focuses on user experience improvements, interface polish, and lot's of bug fixes.
The second maintenance release of the 25.12 series is with the usual batch of stability fixes and workflow improvements. Highlights of this release include fixes to various monitor issues and refactoring of the monitor dragging mechanism.

Highlights include small interface refinements such as better dock widget behavior, improved shortcut handling in fullscreen mode, logically grouped marker menu items, and a new option to disable timeline effects in the hamburger menu.
