Alright, executive dysfunction folks. What are some things or strategies that *really* help you? I'm autistic and quite possibly AuDHD. I also think I'm still dealing with the aftermath of a huge burnout a few years ago. I struggle with getting myself to do things that need to be done but aren't that interesting, and sometimes even things that *are* interesting,... there's some kind of internal block/barrier I can't seem to get over to even start; I feel overwhelmed, I procrastinate, I stare into screens non-productively,... and when I manage to start, I often struggle to keep going without letting myself be distracted and/or just being bored/tired too quickly. And then I feel guilty and bad for not managing to do things... sigh. I'd be grateful for advice, links, videos or books, whatever works. #ActuallyAutistic #Autism #AuDHD #ADHD #ExecutiveDysfunction

@alicemcalicepants@ohai.social Ducks. Watching us. Waiting. Their day will come. 👀 🦆

@skinnylatte "You're comfortable sharing yourself on video and in photos" and "You like people" - sorry, I'm out 😂 (Also "You must be allowed to travel to Iceland, the UK, and the USA"... why would I want to travel to the US? In this day and age? Nope)

@HeyeBodo@rollenspiel.social Mine's a rather ordinary one I guess: Someone I like plays (and makes) ttrpgs, so I expressed interest, got invited to a game, and here we are. I'm very much a beginner though so I don't know anything, lol.

@hagbard @SynAck But does it include their new hit single "Pecooliar"? I love that song.

@MarkHoltom@mastodonapp.uk Is this actually physically possible?? Would yeast have such force? This is wild.

@JubalBarca @vmaderna Aww! 🥰

@RadicalAnthro@c.im Happy Birthday, Jack! That's fabulous! 🐰 ✨ 🎂

@kgoetz Being this cute is hard work!

@Martin_Pigeon@mamot.fr @matildalove@wetdry.world I'd buy their album

@trav_tan@mstdn.social Ich weiß dazu persönlich leider nichts, aber evtl. könnte man bei einschlägigen Museen anfragen, ob die weiterhelfen können? MAK fällt mir da z.B. ein.

@JubalBarca Everyone's timeline needs duck. I will gladly share this particularly fancy duck, thank you :)
