The summer solstice is probably the most pleasant day to celebrate. This year, it comes right after Midsommar in Sweden, and Stockholm is pleasantly empty. Some inhabitants are out of the city enjoying potatissallad and surströmming, while the rest are recovering from the official celebration and mentally preparing for the next working week. Love it.

It’s been almost six months since I went into ghost mode.
There are several reasons for that. The main one is simple: I realized that the direction I had chosen for myself was right, but the strategy I had been trying to follow was, to a large extent, shaped by external forces.
I needed time to step back and think clearly about what I actually want, what goals I’m pursuing, and how I need to rebuild my strategy in order to reach them.
This period came with emotional lows, a few powerful wake-up calls, and some moments that forced me to look at things differently.
But to those who know me and have supported me over the past few years, I want to say this: I haven’t given up. I’m still here. I’m still committed to my credo and to the goals I set for myself.
Love you all. Sending a hug.
And right now, I’m simply enjoying this beautiful Swedish sunny summer, the one I had been waiting for so long, and the one I didn’t get to have for the past two years.
What happens when you post a real Monet and say it's AI?
... to take a camera and for a day become a tourist in your own city.
With new AI features, Google has now become the biggest disinformation machine ever existed.
Yesterday, I ran rm -rf /root by mistake on my production database server. That was... an interesting experience...
My CNC-Art project update: I built an acrylic paint supply system, my way!!! :blobcatbot:
I’m happy with the experiment result. :blobDance:

I continue experimenting with my CNC robot, this time using it as an acrylic pen to draw a Lissajous curve. The result didn’t meet my expectations, but the process revealed how complex machine-driven painting really is. Controlling color, form, and expression with a machine turns out to be less predictable and more challenging than it seems. This is part of the exploration to understand what actually works.
It seems like everything in the digital environment has two final destinations:
- Obsolete and become a useless piece of junk
- Become an all-in-one AI-driven multifunctional piece of junk
@milkyway@matrix.rocks Unfortunately, I had such a thing in the past... on my NAS server. Spent days restoring lost data
