I like that on the fediverse there is a whole spectrum of websites between "this website is just standard HTML, no js and maybe a stylesheet if your lucky" all the way to "my website is a full featured desktop environment".

The variety is awesome, I just don't know which side to plant my flag in

In news I am now ready to share: Unfortunately one of our dogs passed away last week, and it's taken a bit of a toll on me.

I'm working on an obituary for him, because there are a lot of wonderful memories to share.

I have been driving to the same grocery store for years, and it has only just dawned on me there is a perfectly good cycle route (~10ish mins) I could be using.

Nintendo Switch 1 -> mostly compatible with all USBC docks :halfy_happy:
Valve Steam Deck -> compatible with all USBC -> HDMI things I've thrown at it. :halfy_hungry:
Nintendo Switch 2 -> seems to work with pretty much ONLY the official dock :halfy_angry:

Nintendo please I really just want to use one dock with my TV. You are using a USB-C connector and outputting HDMI. Why be like this?

There is something really wrong with the world when citizens of one country vote for a leader, who happens to be a criminal, corrupt, and we're still waiting to hear what the other charges are going to be.

Did a clearout and found my old remarkable tablet. I should really put that to good use, those things are so hackable :3
