My introvert 19yo daughter has been accepted for a student exchange program in #exeter university (Health & Life Sciences) in 26Q3 but has cold feet due to rumors it's a posh, partying and racist place. Anyone know anyone who could comment on how #ExeterUni is like nowadays (as opposed to 2018 when there was a public racist issue in a student chat group)? (boosts help reach so they are greatly appreciated)

@mattblaze@federate.social makes one wonder what the options to choose from would be. also; would make a great opening for a short story/ novel

Klimaatadapatie; het nieuwe stokpaardje van NV-A (bij monde van Andy Pieters).

advertising in #novalauncher with those dreaded "legitimate interest" category active by default? the time seems to have come to look for an alternative #launcher in #Android! any recommendations? #enshittification

the revision history indeed seems to be acceptable proof in some uni's; https://blogs.iu.edu/citl/2025/08/25/quick-tip-using-version-history-to-see-writing-evolve/

@Burn_this_ sorry for making the world even more confusing if only for a minute ;-)
