I'm making a concerted effort to use Qutebrowser again. I genuinely like this browser and any quirks I come across I am ironing out as they pop up their head.

It makes no sense.
I was meant to say, I pretty much only have Gentoo set up as it should be, without the energy to go to the same lengths to get the same perfect setup if it should fall over......I think if Gentoo did fall over, I'd probably just 100% move over to macOS. :D

Yes, I have Gentoo. I do have another drive with I think CachyOS on it but I want to keep this Gentoo install as long as possible.
Having a fallback, or multiple fallbacks in your case, is a good position to be in.....that would make me a little reckless with my main system. :D

Since my stint with Alpine, I have been extremely tempted to run a VOid install.
The only issue is I don't have the motivation to set up a new install right now :)
Bakkeby is just a complete legend, he makes life so much easier :)

I keep telling myself "you aren't sleepy"....."you won't fall asleep at your desk" .... "no your body isn't tired"

I have started back at the gym in an effort to lose my beer gut.
5:15am start, gym at 5:30, a full day at work.
I am so unfit, I am utterly buggered. No doubt 2-3 weeks down the track I will not even notice.
I hope so anyway.

I will say though, this time around, I am a lot more careful as to what I do in Gentoo than I ever was with Arch or my previous Gentoo install.
I absolutely love my system and it is so tweaked I'd hate to have to set it up again.

@wickedlester@fosstodon.org me too. @PackRat@fosstodon.org has been a long time advocate of Void and I used it temporarily a few years back but for some reason went back to Arch.
I have never used Crux or Slackware. Maybe one day.
I think I'll eventually run with a Gentoo and a Void install with one of them becoming the main OS I use (probably Gentoo).
