It’s amazing to think that the SPARC CPU could emulate Motorola 68K instructions faster than the 68K processor could run them natively.
I don’t know whether it’s because I messed with the timeline, but Val Kilmer has started glue sniffing.

I rang him to give him the lottery numbers, but before I even dialled a voice yelled, “STOP!”
A man in a cyberpunk uniform was pointing a futuristic weapon towards me. He said, “I’m Officer Kane. You don’t know this, but you’re about to destroy the planet. I’m here to clean up the mess before it happens.”
Kane continued, “Val Kilmer’s lottery winnings lead to a chain of events that allow a virus to escape a lab. Give me the trans-temporal satellite phone and I’ll leave you with your memory intact. It’s illegal mess with time. If you haven’t knowingly done anything wrong yet, I must still prevent the time crime.
I have no memory of how it got to this morning. It was around 6pm when Officer Kane was here. It’s now 7:30am. I guess Kane is trying to spook me. I don’t like that guy. He has my trans-temporal satellite phone.
But there’s another trans-temporal satellite phone in my loft. I’m still calling Kilmer , but maybe avoid the insider trading through time.
