@h3artbl33d@exquisite.social i’ll give this a try. Thank you for the guidance.

Does anyone have experience with Google meet and zoom calls on #OpenBSD and #FreeBSD? On #OpenBSD Zoom will consistently crash, if I use the background blurring or mirroring feature. Google meet is very stable, but if I share my screen, within a few minutes screen sharing freezes and I’m not able to re-share or use my camera. And refreshing the tab doesn’t fix the problem. I don’t have experience running FreeBSD, but given all my interviews, if video calls are more stable, I will switch

@Tionisla@mastodon.bsd.cafe @orbite@mastodon.social what are you after? A lighter DE, just something different, more minimal like a window manager?

@izder456@ieji.de thanks! I already have those drivers installed.

@duncan_bayne@mastodon.bsd.cafe this is good to know. Thanks!

@h3artbl33d@exquisite.social its chromium. Not ungoogled-chromium.

My three-year-old son closed his bedroom door, opened it, stuck his head out and called me a Muggle then shut the door again. He’s not wrong. #dadlife #parenting
