Raja Agbaria, former leader of Abnaa albalad (sons of the country) movement, was sentenced today to 9 month of community service. Raja was convicted for "incitement" based on 10 articles he wrote, mostly in the former decade. @palestine #Palestine

A statement by Abnaa alBalad on the trail of it's former leader, Raja Agbaria. «لو كان من كتب هذه المقالات شخصًا غير رجا إغبارية، لما اعتقلناه ولما قدّمناه للمحاكمة» حكمت المحكمة المركزية في حيفا، اليوم، على القائد الوطني والرفيق رجا إغبارية بتسعة أشهر خدمة لصالح الجمهور وغرامة مالية قدرها عشرة آلاف شيكل، إضافة إلى ستة اشهر سجن مع وقف التنفيذ، لتنتهي بذلك محاكمة استمرت ثماني سنوات، ضمن مسار من الملاحقة السياسية والأمنية الممتدة منذ أكثر من نصف قرن. وتؤكد حركة أبناء البلد أن الحكم، وإن كان «بلاءً أخفّ من بلاء»، لا يغيّر من حقيقة المحاكمة ولا من طابعها السياسي والمخابراتي، ولا يلغي عنصرية المؤسسة التي لاحقت رجا إغبارية ومواقفه، واستهدفت حركة أبناء البلد وخطابها الوطني منذ سبعينيات القرن الماضي. لقد دفع الرفيق رجا إغبارية ثمنًا باهظًا لدوره المركزي في تأسيس حركة أبناء البلد، والحفاظ عليها وعلى نهجها وخطابها الوطني؛ عشرات السنوات من الاعتقالات والملاحقات، منذ اعتقاله في يوم الأرض، مرورًا بمعركته في الثمانينيات ضد قرار المخابرات فصله من سلك التعليم، والتي انتهت بتسجيل سابقة قانونية بعد أن سمحت له المحكمة العليا بالعودة إلى مزاولة مهنته أستاذًا رغم موقف المخابرات، وصولًا إلى اعتقاله إداريًا عام 1987، ليكون أول معتقل إداري داخل الخط الأخضر بعد انتهاء الحكم العسكري. ثم جاءت لائحة الاتهام المقدمة ضده عام 2018، واعتقاله إداريًا مجددًا عام 2025 وهو في الثالثة والسبعين من عمره. لكن ما عجزت عنه الملاحقة في شبابه، عجزت عنه في منتصف عمره، وعجزت عنه أيضًا بعد أكثر من نصف قرن. بقي رجا إغبارية كما عرفته ميادين النضال منذ السبعينيات حتى اليوم: ثابتًا في موقفه، متمسكًا بخياره، ولم تنجح كل هذه المحاولات في الحد من تأثيره أو نشاطه، ولا في إضعاف الحركة التي ساهم في بنائها. واستمرت حركة أبناء البلد، رغم كل محاولات الملاحقة والتضييق، في إنتاج أجيال جديدة من القيادات والكوادر المؤمنة بنهجها، تعرف طريقها وتواصل الدرب الذي ساهم الرفيق رجا إغبارية في شقّه منذ أكثر من نصف قرن. وبعد خمسين عامًا من الملاحقة وثماني سنوات من المحاكمة، لم ينجحوا في كسر رجا، ولم ينجحوا في محاصرة الفكرة التي ناضل من أجلها، ولم تتوقف أبناء البلد عن الاستمرار والتجدد. وتتوجه حركة أبناء البلد بالشكر إلى مركز عدالة الحقوقي على مرافقته القانونية للملف، وإلى جميع الطواقم الإعلامية التي تابعت القضية منذ بدايتها، وإلى النشطاء وكل من حضر وساند ووقف إلى جانب الرفيق رجا إغبارية طوال سنوات المحاكمة. كما تحيي الحركة كوادرها ورفاقها الذين واكبوا هذه المعركة، وظلوا حاضرين إلى جانب رفيقهم وقائدهم في مختلف محطات الملاحقة والمحاكمة. حركة أبناء البلد – المكتب السياسي الثلاثاء، ٨ أيلول ٢٠٢٦ معًا على الدرب @palestine #Palestine.
