Israel's Israel Katz, war criminal Minister of "Defense" said they are "awaiting a green light from the United States" (fellow war criminal Trump) to continue the crimes against humanity explicitly intentioned "[...] to return Iran to the Dark Age and the Stone Age by destroying key energy and electricity facilities and dismantling its national economic infrastructure."

'Proposed antisemitism laws in France and Italy stir free speech debate
[...]
The French law, which is scheduled to be ‌debated on Thursday, proposes to sanction "implicitly" justifying terrorism, calling for the destruction of a state recognised by France, and comparisons of Israel to the Nazis.

The Italian bill, if adopted, would make Italy the first country to write into law the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of antisemitism, which lists certain criticisms of Israel as examples of antisemitism.' and which is in itself actually antisemitic as it without consent makes every Jew worldwide represented by the constitutionally racist State Israel and its systematic war crimes, genocidal warfare, which is just not how ethnicities work. A person can not be born guilty of the Netanyahu-government's atrocities and they can not be claimed to represent anyone except those who personally actively declare them to do so.
https://www.reuters.com/world/proposed-antisemitism-laws-france-italy-stir-free-speech-debate-2026-04-15/
The France proposal effectively also bans the political ideology anarchism, which recognizing that the very concept of brutality- and exclusion-based States is bad, currently and historically worst harm to all humanity, and must be abolished, thereby abolishing all implementations of the concept, whether France "recognizes" them or not.

At this point it seems likely more accurately called a conquest agreement than what people know as a ceasefire, especially since Israel in this agreement is explicitly allowed to keep firing whenever it feels like it, according to what has been made public of the agreement so far, and that Israel actually did not cease firing.

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) UK,
new report on how "Israeli authorities have used access to water as a weapon against Palestinians, systematically depriving people in Gaza of water in a campaign of collective punishment"
The press release https://prezly.msf.org.uk/israel-uses-water-as-a-weapon-of-collective-punishment-against-palestinians-in-gaza contains a link to the 42-page PDF-document report.

Furthermore, it is still a war crime.
"Rule 53. The use of starvation of the civilian population as a method of warfare is prohibited."
https://ihl-databases.icrc.org/en/customary-ihl/v1/rule53
Wherein for the definition of starvation it has been recognized that 'the ordinary meaning of the word “starvation” covered not only the more restrictive meaning of starving as killing by deprivation of water and food [...]' https://ihl-databases.icrc.org/en/customary-ihl/v1/rule54#title-5 (i.e. definitely includes water) and also even "Israel’s Manual on the Rules of Warfare (2006) states: [...] In cases where civilians do not have the opportunity to leave the besieged city, a duty arises to supply them with food, water and humanitarian aid." https://ihl-databases.icrc.org/en/customary-ihl/v2/rule53 for example.

It becomes the responsibility of every person with any sense of basic morality to do the jobs that they actively refuse to do when professional journalists and all major "news" prioritize higher than their jobs to instead abuse their profession to propagandize for continuation of genocidal war of aggression where the defender guerrilla follow the Geneva Conventions but the aggressor State instead is documented to have hundreds of times used chemical warfare, has extensive military occupation with hundreds of fortifications abroad from where they burn the civilian locals' crops and shoot those who try to extinguish the fire, where they incinerated live toddlers in basements while bombardment flattening entire city districts (yes, plural), headshot starving child under months of siege for daring to venture out to get bread, systematically uses torture, illegally abduct from and murder people on multiple continents because those people were for peaceful coexistence and grassroots democracy, and so on, and so on.

Then it's YOUR responsibility to do the jobs of those maliciously negligent "journalists" and major "news" agencies, by doing your part ensuring people worldwide get the information @b9AcE@todon.eu those journalists are systematically actively burying, to bury an entire people.

How will the Russian left play a decisive role in changes in Russia?

In Father Frost against Putin 2026-festival, Political and trade-union activist Mikhail Lobanov talked about what is happening to the active part of Russian society — and how Russian socialists and anarchists should make use of the growing demand for left-wing ideas in order to prepare for the future struggle to democratize Russia and the world.

Mikhail also spoke about the Radical Democracy project, through which many left-wing initiatives are trying to build the infrastructure and foundation needed for the emergence of a strong coalition political force in the future.

The Putin-regime being far-right authoritarian of course makes this from the direct opposite opponents important to everyone opposing imperialist aggression, reactionaryism, capitalism and/or tyranny worldwide.

So after >8 passed after I in detail explained how important it is YOU help humanity by spreading suppressed information to end ultimate atrocity: 0.
That's how many decided that was worth 1 or or 2 clicks or taps. Zero. Literally 0. Not even 1.

Fuck this place. Infinite source of disappointment in humankind. Shame on you all, who scrolled by. You are the reason things are as shit as they are, why genocides and systematic war crimes persist and expand, why mass-murderous authoritarianism is expanding. Next time you wonder: look in the mirror.

I may return, some time.

Sweden and the EU Commission are holding technical talks with the crimes against humanity Taliban-regime about persuading the Taliban to accept people to be deported to them, where they will be entirely surrounded by Taliban propaganda for murderous sexism, minorities persecution, religious intolerance, and world-terrorism.

The Minister for (actually against) Migration of Sweden, Johan Forssell (whose son was recently outed as a Nazi brute campaigner and fascism-group recruiter) tells the TT news agency that the far-right ruled government of Sweden has been "very forcefully pushing the matter" of getting to deport people to under Taliban rule, which will almost entirely certainly result in severe mass-lethal threat to the entire populace of Sweden long-term, instead of care and prosperity.

A right-wing opposition party's migration- and integration-policy spokesperson commented that "It is completely unacceptable that foreign aid money is being used to finance a terror-regime. Such funds must go to people in need, not to people in power who oppress their people".
Greens party migration-policy spokesperson said "It is a betrayal against Afghan-Swedes and all the girls and women who are deprived of their freedom and future by the Talibans' oppression, and a reckless use of Swedish tax funds".

International Rescue Committee (IRC), aiding people in the worst situations worldwide:
"Six months on from the ‘ceasefire’, IRC warns that Gaza’s deepening humanitarian catastrophe cannot be forgotten as world’s attention shifts away
[...]
More than 2 million people remain displaced within Gaza, with the majority sheltering in makeshift tents whilst facing flooding and storms in winter and high temperatures in the summer. Families are being forced to survive without access to the most basic and life-saving supplies, stripped of essential goods needed to live safely with dignity. People remain trapped in a cycle of violence as continued airstrikes and military operations put civilians in danger, as basic infrastructure such as health, water services and aid operations continue to be severely constrained."

@kde@floss.social @fedora@fosstodon.org @gloriouseggroll@fosstodon.org Hello! It would be really, really great if you would roll back from PLM to SDDM until PLM at least allows for fulfilling the absolute minimum for any greeter in any decent security policy, of at LEAST having the option of disabling the display of users on the system on the login-screen as all such policies of major and/or security conscious organizations will require. All the telcos, banks, govt agencies, etc I have UNIX-consulted at had prevention of leakage as an actual mandatory requirement.
It is very weird how you sacrifice SDDM which was working fine, for an implementation which will make your software actually non-compliant=banned by orgs following since decades established best practices, for the only apparent major change of making it dependent on the worst mistake in and threat against Open Source software, systemd.
Please at least revert until it is an upgrade instead of a major, potential showstopper, downgrade, instead of just leaving the bug marked as "CONFIRMED" since January.

Thank you!

If a person is raised surrounded by racists in an entirely racist social context where those being racialized targeted are pervasively dehumanized thereby eliminating all humans' innate strong empathy while ethnically targeted murder is consistently extolled as a pure and noble good, then in theory it is possible that a resulting racist committing ethnically motivated murder believes themself to not just be doing a justifiable thing but even believe themself to be doing an ideal good thing. They would not be doing a good thing of course, but there can in theory exist extremely few circumstances where they genuinely believe they are. If a person sees ethnically motivated murder and correctly is enraged because racism is bad then in response to murderous racism being bad decides to go and do ethnically targeted murder, then they have of course done the exact same as what they were so enraged by being bad, and in this scenario the person definitely has no possibility of extenuating moral argument as there in theory could be in the previous case, because in this case it is ethnically motivated murder *because* ethnically motivated murder is an evil act, it is committing evil *because* it is evil, with that as the rationale, the reason for committing evil. There is no extenuation.

"EU foreign ministers reject proposal to suspend association agreement with Israel"
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2026/apr/21/eu-foreign-ministers-reject-proposal-suspend-association-agreement-israel
How many wars of aggression, how much genocidal warfare, how many systematic war crimes and other crimes against humanity must there be before the State Israel is at least treated according to their own supposed rules as a State having violated the foundations of humanity?
I understand it is embarrassing especially for authoritarian politicians to have to admit that they were wrong in the past, but remaining devastatingly wrong for longer will not leave a better legacy once they inevitably become actually unable to change it.

@ErikvanStraten @anilmc So, according to that auto-translation: ───── Article 2 provides for a new offense punishing the act of inciting the destruction or denial of a State or of publicly advocating its destruction or denial. ───── That, as such, makes it every expression of support for anarchism. The authors of the proposal also either lie or are too ignorant for their jobs, as they claim that the State Israel "is the only one on the planet whose very existence is now being denied", etc, which is obviously entirely disconnected from reality. I for one question the existence of every State in the world, current, past, and future, because the entire concept is illegitimate, actually fundamentally dependent on terrorism per se for its very existence, and probably the most harmful to manifest in the known history of the world. Those who launched that proposal should probably be at least censured for heir apparently using disinformation to achieve their society-endangering oppression goals.
