RE: https://social.axiixc.com/@dropstracker/117334182873508630 Super excited (and only a little nervous) to say that Drops, my caffeine tracking app, is finally out! After 12 years, I once again have something on the App Store.

@mikeymikey@hachyderm.io wet the drys then dry the wets!

@jwisser I have no idea what that is either, but I'm sympathetic to your plight.

@marioguzman@mastodon.social I knew it was going to be an old one as soon as the 4:3 aspect ratio started 😅

@keir ohh adventure cat!

@PadraigOCinneide I suck at rhythm games, but you’ve piqued my interest.

@rileytestut@mastodon.social should call it "paste secret hacker code” to make it sound more mysterious.

@Gargron@mastodon.social customizing public feed access for my single user instance 🥰

@ryanashcraft oh totes, but I think expanding the selection indicator really helps it feel more balanced and gives a better indication of tap targets.

@foodnoms @ryanashcraft this calendar strip looks nicer than the Calendar app one!

@ricketson@hachyderm.io woah! Excited to hear more. Hope you take some time to relax in the short term too!

@richardrobinson@mastodon.social I’m tense with anticipation 😁

@JasonAnthonyGuy I'm not sure if the AI companies agree with you. I'm pretty sure I've seen more than one say that copyright law would render their business unviable, which is why they should be allowed to ignore it (for the good of the economy of course) 🫠

@willing@mastodon.social yeah, all the subview-y APIs have been great additions, still totally separate axis of functionality though. UIHostingController can get you pretty far! Just look out for sharp edges. I never took that far enough to have a general list of issues. I think the things I recall are mostly state inconsistencies and environment/preference weirdness. In theory, now that we have Environment ↔ UITraitCollection bridging, I think it should be better than ever though.

@jwisser@wandering.shop giving new meaning to ordering off the secret menu.

@jwisser@wandering.shop oh I kept a pre-update-with-nag copy, but because *App Store* I assume they’re still signed for my account so I can’t just send them to you :(

@jwisser@wandering.shop if it’s the same store account you should be able to just copy them across. Heck, just try it anyways 😅 Because it’s DRM though I don’t think there’s an easy way to untaint a version (DRM remains the devil).
