@FransVeldman@fediverse.thefloatinglab.world @randahl@mastodon.social while your approach is good, and I myself self-host stuff at home, regular people wants convince and promoting EU tech is the way to go. Internet from the past is not coming back, and Europe needs its own tech champions.

Replying to
@flyingpenguin@infosec.exchange I think forced deportation is just opposite of voluntary self deportation. Forced, as police tracking and forcefully deport someone who has their legal means to stay in a country exhausted. It has nothing to do with history, just I'm not familiar if currently government agencies in Sweden are actively tracking and deporting individual who's applications has been rejected.

@flyingpenguin@infosec.exchange enforced sex is still a crime, but enforced deportation is not. Alright then, maybe they have something different in mind, but actively enforced deportation is very ok.

Replying to
@flyingpenguin@infosec.exchange while I don't known do they have legal base for all those deportations in amerika, you cannot just randomly deport people in Europe. Forced or enforced, it needs to be legally based, as randomly deporting people without any legal justification would be against European convention for human rights.

Replying to
@flyingpenguin@infosec.exchange alright, now there is new term, "remigration". And the conversation was about forced deportation, and even with my limited knowledge of English I don't think those are synonyms. Regardless, my initial point was that there is nothing wrong with actively enforced deportation from the police or even creating special agency within the interior ministries to deal with it. Call it enforced deportation.

Replying to
@mihamarkic@mastodon.social @parismarx@mastodon.online yes, it has sandboxed Google Play, so you can install apps without anything extra, and you have quite granual app permissions options. GrapheneOS is open source, the only issue is that they support only Pixel. But there are plans to partner with a phone producer in the future. Another drawback, it seems like the people running the project are a bit toxic, bashing at anyone on social media that doesn't mention them as the ultimate google's android alternative.
