I recently called 2025 my "lost year", and a friend gently corrected me.. she said "Just because you didn't produce much doesn't make the year lost. I think you learned and grew a lot this year."
That kind of gave me pause and made me think how much I still tie my self-worth to my output.
This one hits home... I kind of feel like I've just been through winter, and I'm seeing the first blades of grass peek through the snow now... but I have felt like I was failing because I didn't produce much this year.
This is an amazing perspective, so thank you.
