Does anyone know of where on the fediverse people are talking about newly released movies? I just watched #MotherMary and want to hear other people’s thoughts.

@pikesley@mastodon.me.uk I think more is at play than those in power would want us to believe. The future hasn’t been determined, maybe the old world can make good compost if we all fight for something better

Any suggestions for places to camp between Houston TX and Durham NC?
Probably driving through #Tennessee and would love a cool Appalachian camping experience.

@SeanPLynch ideally trying to split it into 3 days of driving so 5 hours from Tucson and then 5 hours from Houston. Was hoping to do White Sands but camping is closed there rn :(
It warms my heart to see a gaggle of frat boys being denied buying a 30 rack because not everyone has an ID
Big #CharliXCX fan here, just saw #TheMoment : I wish they’d used it as an excuse to do basically a bunch of music videos or a visual album, but there were funny moments and I’m glad I saw it in theaters rather than feeling like I missed out

@AlexSanterne I think the biggest question is how do we make more Jake Sulleys, Spiders, Ian Garvins, and other “traitors” who are prepared to take action and make sacrifices when faced with the horrors enacted by Western Colonialist Capitalism? I don’t think it’s by watching more movies… but idk what the answer is.

@DrJay thank you! Do you know any good spots halfway between there and Houston? Like near Kerrville?
