@stefan@social.lol It really depends on the website. I wrote the @Python@techhub.social bot to scrape the Python Discuss forums. I actually have a lot of experience with scrapers and wrote my first one years ago. I was just good at recognizing the patterns. So I did this long before #ChatGPT was even possible or an idea. That said. The Python forums have weird CSS. A bunch of class resulted in the exact same style. They are basically marking different topics with CSS classes. So where I would do one find_All and get all topics in a single function, ChatGPT wrote individual functions for every topic and also failed most of the time. My human interpretation was just better. Even after correcting it, it just gave me alternative incorrect results. So I ggVGD'ed the code in #Vim and rewrote everything in 5 minutes. @Python@techhub.social #Python
