It has been days since I started trying to raise funds for gravel. We need to complete the backfilling of our house before the heavy rains start.

Our main issue right now is the weather. The heavy rains are coming, and if the ground gets too muddy and wet, the trucks won't be able to drive in here at all. We really need to get this done before that happens.
The 3 final trucks cost €350 in total. Someone already blessed us with €20, so we are looking to raise the remaining €330 if possible. Any small support or even sharing this post means the world to us right now!

We have finally concrete the arch on the varanda and now remains with little bricks work to complete the house.
Our contractor and his workers were busy, but on Thursday we starts our work again.
I really need some help around 450€ to use and backfill the floor with the gravel we bought and compact it with the compactor machine before we can concrete the floor.

I am reaching out with an urgent update regarding our house project.
We are currently unable to complete the final step of backfilling the house floor because Our donation funds are currently empty, and the rain has already started to fall. While it is light right now, the weather shows continuous rain for the next few days.

We have been doing a lot of progress on the family house rebuilding through the #fediverse
Now all work remains is completing the varanda and backfill the floor puts the roof caps or face boards.
Once that’s done we can now have the chance to put a proper roofing.
My family and I is also thankful to you all because we come a long way and still making progress through the donation we received in the kofi.

I’m expecting my documents next month from the electrical/electronic engineering course I did. This would also help me looking for a job.
But the house is our main issue and we are still reaching out to you all for some help nothing is small whatever we will kindly accept it and use it over the house.
As we keep on doing all work will be post at the #fediverse and we will usually update the kofi too till the work is finally finished and we move in.

I’m also doing my best to fine us some help and people over here on the #fediverse has shown us a lot of support and hope which’s very important an truly appreciated we can’t thank you all enough for the kindness but may God bless you all for standing with my family on our hard times.

I thank you all from my heart with the wonderful support one person can’t do it all but with some help it can happen!
The rainy season is close but we still have some months and if we happen to receive help we can be able to complete and move in. Having a roof over your head with your family and not been scared of been homeless is something big my family and I could imagine in this life!
Many things are not alright but when we are living in our own house it can be much relief.

Yeah that make sense. But we need to backfill the floor first if not when it rains we won’t be able to do any work at the house even the roofing would be hard as we all see how the place use to get muddy and wet.
This why I wants us to backfill the floor then we can do any work even in the rainy season. Would also fine the floor is up and won’t be muddy and flooded.
We only have one work which’s stopping us from starts the roof which’s the roof cap after that is direct roofing.

first picture show the finished sand.
Second picture show the varanda where our remaining works remain which’s the round arch and few bricks works to complete the whole building project.
Third picture is the materials woods ply wood nails and wire with some iron rods which we will use for the round arch.
Last picture is the floors where we need to backfill with gravel.
Currently we need sand first to starts the work and later buy gravel if we happen to receive any funds.

Recently we stop the work that’s why we haven’t made any post but here we are again and without any funds through our kofi it’s hard to make any progress. The rainy season is almost close and we all knows it’s hard to make any work during that time especially when the place started to get flood and muddy.

Hey yeah I’m doing a fundraiser for me and my family. We happen to lose our house few years back through a storm and now we are trying to rebuild the house. It’s not for myself alone but with the whole family including my parents and siblings.
That’s the help we are looking for.
We have been doing a lot of progress recently and now we wants to complete everything before putting a proper roof for us to move in.

There’s time before the rain will be heavy that’s august and September so backfill the floor with gravel now would really help us to keep the work even in the rainy season.
When we starts bricks laying it was in the middle of rain everywhere was slippery and wet.
Here’s a video you can see the water we have to place 1 by 12 woods to keeps the wheelbarrow running for the mixed cement sand and concrete.
This why I wants us to backfill the floor so that we can keep the work going.

Since we lose our house coming now our lives has not been the same anymore. This why I’m also trying my best to fine funds and complete our house.
The big remaining work is the roof but that can’t happen if the wall is not finished.
As the family hopes and plans once it’s roof and doors are fixed we will move in directly cause rent has added a lot on our budget so it’s really hard for me as unemployed right now.
