Hello from FastSM for iOS.
Greetings fellow humans and other living things. As you probably guessed, my name is Rich. I'm just a random person on the net who enjoys hanging out with family and friends, music, books, movies, and good conversation. If you want to know more, feel free to reach out.
The NVDA Volume Adjustment add-on is very good for you.
Not sure how, but iMessage fixed itself overnight. I'm not complaining.
Apparently technology really hates me today. iOS 26.4.1 made notification volume go as low as it can with my AirPods, and now my iMessage won't activate and I have to wait 24 hours or more for Apple to get back to me since I've tried everything they recommend on the website. It deactivated itself earlier, but I was able to get it back and it worked fine.
Re last, Thank you. If you add alt text, thank you. If you don't you don't. There are bigger more important things in life to worry about.
Without getting too personal, what are some of the most annoying things sighted family members say? For me, the biggest one is "I can see" or "they can see" when they find out I had the nerve to travel an hour or more from home.
Whoever this Chris guy is that drives Uber and Lyft here in my area must remember me. I had him some time back in January, and he turned out to be one of those "you have to notify us of the dog" people. Any time since that day when I've been matched with a Chris either on Uber or Lyft and let them know I will not see them, I'm matched to another driver. Was thinking he'd come get me since he didn't insta cancel, but sure enough he did eventually and it matched me with someone else. And if anyone wonders how I know it's the same guy, I made sure to remember the vehicle. First on Lyft, then on Uber. Same vehicle on both, so yeah.
@flamulous@social.the-gdn.net While anything is technically possible it wouldn't surprise me if it's intentional. Nothing companies do these days should shock or surprise anyone.
Signed up for the LG Web OS beta today. Make sure you either have Be My Eyes or Aira because Audio Guidance doesn't work with the beta program app. Here's to hoping installing the beta itself works if I'm approved, but so far not impressed.
