That is what it is called by Grok-Imagine. If the spokesperson changes the name how is anybody supposed to know what he's referring to. Sure the quote could have been made clearer in the text but it is more obvious if the video clip is viewed rather than jumping to incorrect conclusions.

On this date in 1977, I entered the gates of HMS Raleigh, the initial entry training establishment, in Torpoint, Cornwall, to join the Royal Navy.
15th March that year was a Tuesday. The weather was wet and windy and the train between Exeter and Plymouth was delayed by several hours. There were quite a few fellow recruits on that train. We were all late arriving. Not a great start to my future career 😄

I've not heard of the em dash being used in that context before. I tend to use an ellipsis ... although I'm not sure if that is even grammatically correct. Is the em dash country specific?

In the UK the government has embraced Open Standards and chosen ODF 1.2 for use across government. People doing business with government are supposed to be using this. It should, but in practice doesn't, mean that the larger companies should be demanding sub contractors are using ODF as well.
