#MusicWomenWednesday Its time to get a rocking start to the day with Brody Dalle.

The Distillers - "Drain The Blood" 🎶 #punk #altenrative https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u04b4TQ6Fnk

#TuneTuesday Is it too soon to play this?

Throwing Muses - Not Too Soon 🎶 #indie #alternative https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZI-FTcFtn8

#NowPlaying Blue Öyster Cult - Fire Of Unknown Origins 🎶 I can't get enough of this album right now. I think I'm going to have to go hard on their discography to find the hidden gems. #rock #hardrock #classicrock #progrock

#MusicWomenWednesday Beautiful heavy music is hard to beat. The atmosphere!

MYRKUR - Ulvinde 🎶 #metal #folk #blackmetal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9cNZQIzShc

#NowPlaying Korn - Korn 🎶 Giving this classic yet another spin. #metal #numetal

#NowPlaying Spirit Adrift - Infinite Illumination 🎶 This is their final album and simply put, it will be on my AOTY list. Its still not too late to join in if you haven't heard them. Their music could appeal to a wide variety of people. If you're a fan of Green Lung, Unto Others, Khemmis, Pallbearer & Eternal Champion etc then there might be something hear for you! #metal #heavymetal

#NowPlaying The Twilight Sad - Nobody Wants To Be Here & Nobody Wants To Leave 🎶 These guys have a new album out tomorrow which I'm sure @alicemcalicepants@ohai.social will be checking out. Sometimes I forget just how great they are. #indie #alternative #postpunk #shoegaze

#NowPlaying Nine Inch Nails - Nine Inch Noize 🎶 Had to start with this album today. The more electronic and dance worthy version of NIN. Definitely one for @alicemcalicepants@ohai.social. Something for everyone here. #eectronic #EBM #industrial #NIN

#NowPlaying Korn - Life Is Peachy 🎶 Giving the early Korn albums another listen due to the start of the That's Not Metal Podcast band special! #metal #numetal

#MusicWomenWednesday Mallavora - Host 🎶 #metal #alternative #metalcore #progmetal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRCpce3WUNA

#NowPlaying Mallevora - What If Better Never Comes? 🎶 I dig her voice. I dig their sound and its just something I need right now. #metal #alternative #metalcore #progmetal

I've been told to check out Dokken. I can't name a song off the top of my head. Are they worth checking out #fediverse? #metal #hairmetal

#NewMusic I have to say the best new album of the day for me has hands down been: Isaiah Rashad - IT'S BEEN AWFUL 🎶 Thoughtful hip hop with some great music behind him. He's a real artist and inhabits the music around him. He knows when to let it breathe. I'm gonna keep returning to this one. #rap #hiphop

#NowPlaying Manic Street Preachers - Everything Must Go 🎶 Just a classic album and if you disagree then I shake my head at you. #indie #alternative

#TuneTuesday I'm really digging this band and their debut album.

Mallavora - Hopeless 🎶 #metal #alternative #metalcore #progmetal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJyzhQGfF3k

#NowPlaying UADA - Interwoven 🎶 Digging this album which dropped on Friday too. If you stripped the metal away from UADA you still get something dark. Listen to these beautiful stripped down recordings with a cover you probably wouldn't expect. There's no attempt at 'selling out' here. These reworkings are beautiful and haunting. #metal #blackmetal

#NowPlaying Nine Inch Nails - Nine Inch Noize 🎶 This album now lives inside of me. I love it. #electronic #EM #industrial #NIN

#NowWatching Edge of the Axe (1988) 🎬 Or rather I was watching this. This was a lot of fun. Its complete nonsense and you shouldn't look for logic at all but I had fun with it. This is a slasher mixed with Giallo so if thats your thing give it a go. #movies #horror #horrormovies #slasher #mystery #thriller #giallo

Linda Ronstadt is da bomb. That is all.

#NowPlaying Cruel Force - Haneda 🎶 This is a fun album and you can tell by the album artwork. Fans of Midnight and Hellripper should dig this. Blackened thrash ahoy! #metal #thrashmetal #blackmetal

Doing a joint listen with a friend artist I've never heard before. ITs like listening to paint dry. Vocals, lyrics, music and production are all so just so plain boring. 🤣

#NowPlaying Special Request - Soul Music 🎶 I keep going with the electronic music! #electronic #jungle #drumnbass #techno

#NowPlaying MF DOOM - MM..FOOD 🎶 My favourite rapper of all time. MF DOOM = legend. #rap #hiphop

#NowPlaying Holly Humberstone - Cruel World 🎶 First listen to her new album and I'm digging it a lot. I'm not sure why any Swifties wouldn't like this. #indiepop #pop #indie

#NowPlaying The Promise Ring - Wood/Water 🎶 Still one of the best mature emo albums of all time. When you think you're going to die and you don't... you write really meaningful positive songs. A life affirming classic. #emo #alternative

#NowPlaying #NowPlaying Harmonia - Deluxe 🎧Sometimes standard just isn't enough. You need Deluxe. #progrock #krautrock

#NowPlaying Bodysnather - Hell Is Here, Hell Is Home 🎶 This is a dece4nt album but nothing ground breaking. Certainly not the worst deathcore band out there though. #deathcore

#NowPlaying Immolation - Descent 🎶 Gradually working my way through these new releases. First listen to this one! #metal #deathmetal
