No it does not. It has an HD remaster for the Wii U that was excellent, and a fantastic non-console (read: PC, Steam Deck, Android, and iOS) recomp/port.

Also, we do not need 4K titty chicken.

One of my favorite ways to unwind and almost meditate is star gazing. Any time I'm far enough from city lights I like to look up at night to see it all and take in the beauty. Oh good. My standing desk uses an i2c-like protocol (can effectively act as such it seems) to talk to the controller, different from the old UART one.

I'd have to have an ESP chip sit in between to make it work and have it act as an i2c bus device on one rather than host-only.

Guhhhh.

I'll just make the redeem derp.

If you use #Heliboard and are annoyed with the recent change to functional keys that puts the D-pad somewhere you might whack easily:

Man, I wanted to like Planet Coaster but I bounced off that camera control so hard. It's VERY clunky, and backwards of like, all other 3D nav software I use.

I think I'd need a blank slate career scenario to enjoy it, like, start with X money, and maybe trying to reach Y size in Z amount of time?

I love how tiny this thing is. It's been really nice. I don't lose my place in each page as easily as my Kindle, and I'm finding I kinda like how it's not backlit. Direct sun fading is the only "hmm" so far but it's not horrid. Reader is an Xteink X4 with CrossPoint.

@AmyZenunim I love streaming baking stuff, and I always try to encourage folks watching to try things. If they're ever unsure, I say "Make cookies! There's hundreds of kinds, they're all delicious, and all incredibly forgiving because even if you have too much or little of something it will almost certainly still be delicious". I feel like it's the baking version of what you described -- make something fun, have fun changing easy things by cribbing others, and then can move from there to harder things and learning more specifics if and when you want to push deeper. Thank you for positng this. I was feeling intimidated tonight with sewing as if I was making a big mistake trying to craft something for a con with no prior experience really, but just seeing a few things and getting more familiar with the machine got me going ish. Still ended up messing it up some, but... reading this has me feeling better about trying again, realizing the advice I give others to dive into baking tasty things applies here too. (Also wtf to the screenshot OP, you could ABSOLUTELY take a cake decorating class without learning how to bake one, that's a skill in and of itself!!! Who cares if you're start by using box mix if you can learn to make killer decorations, and then later apply that to from-scratch cakes?)

@sequentialsnep Was using Xbox, but switched to an 8BitDo Ultimate 2. I was originally wondering if I fucked up not waiting for the Steam controller, but then I saw that in D-input mode Steam can see every single input method on the pad, including the gyro, so it's mostly no touchpads or capacitive button touch sense, and I'm good with that for PC for sure. Edit: oh also I'd forgotten the Ultimate 2 has TMR sticks just like the new Steam controller, and has a feature the steam controller does not: mechanical toggle switch for the triggers to go from analog to clicky

@IceWolf @sequentialsnep This also applies on Linux. Evdev is just events, modes indicates the kind of data being sent and labels. X-input pretty much only applies to standard controllers with four face buttons, a D-pad, two clickable analog sticks, four shoulder buttons, and a "start" and "select" style button. Usually that's the only info that style of data communication can convey. Xpad and similar are drivers for it, since it generally is Xbox controllers, hence the name and protocol. D-input stands for Direct in this case and is kind of more "let me stop condensing my output for the sake of Xbox understanding". I don't know how exactly the protocol differs but it does in exposing more input things.

@sequentialsnep Oh, as in the Ultimate 2 doesn't have those features. It has a few modes you can "boot" it into, both for Bluetooth and 2.4G modes. (Not at all made extra confusing by the fact there's I think 2 or 3 SKUs for the Ultimate 2 besides the 2C). For 2.4 it can do X-input like an Xbox controller, limited to those inputs, or it can do D-input mode (hold B while powering on, and it'll remember that if you put it to sleep by docking it) as a direct input that has every input on the thing exposed including the tertiary bumper/trigger (L4/R4) and the paddle grips (PL/PR) exposed as separate buttons instead of remaps.

What's weird is I could've sworn that used to be like smtp10, smtp20, etc as multiple MX. Also the two I checked so far like that had no SPF records, weirdly.

I think if on arch, it _can_ still be worthwhile to makepkg from those compiled packages or do your own PKGBUILD -- I didn't realize Arch's package package manager _ensures_ packages don't overwrite one another by mistake, including symlinks.

@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org Genuinely one of the most maddening things in games x3 I adore Critter Cove but the fact the game makes it impossible to earn reasonable amounts of income from selling things, and instead only from tourism, is immensely frustrating. Even the rare crystal you can only find on a single island only sells for I think 5 doubloons each, and selling a haul every storm isn't enough to buy anything.

I'd just say go to Settings->Buttons and tick "Flip counting direction" on so the up/down buttons reflect page visual stacking order.
