New location, here also a weekend-fun-run from the campsite. Went up through the vineyards across the river and then took a part of the Moselsteig. Very beautiful sights from above on the Mosel river. Not as technical as in the Pfalz but, especially in the vineyards, sometimes very steep trails. Did 17.8 km and 544m EG. Probably the final run of our stay in Germany because we go home on Sunday. #running #runnersofmastodon #trailrunning #hardlopen #laufen #mosel #moselsteig #garmin

@sebastianhahn@mastodon.world I really enjoyed running the hills and forest of Pfalz and Mosel. The heat was something to take into account, but it didn't stop me from having fun. If I'm in your neighborhood we'll take a run together.

@sebastianhahn@mastodon.world sleep tight, rest well!

@WTL Connect with other runners (IRL or online). They are the most valuable source of encouragement, advice and sense of not being alone.

@robchapman@ohai.social I hope this will help with the knee! Wish you good recovery.

@teufen@mas.to the life of a runner goes up and down, just like dunes and mountains.

@Nairamtrab@mastodon.social het was heel gezellig met de collega's. De napraat is net zo leuk als het lopen zelf.

@pfernandes@mastodon.social Thanks! I'm happy with my time.

@helixnevel@mastodon.nl dat was het zeker, iedereen in goede stemming, en na afloop met de collega's napraten/borrelen.

@pfernandes that is the problem with pictures; you loose all sense of perspective. But your memory knows 😁.
