After a week on #MeshCore, I've discovered repeaters all over the #PNW, and noticed a nerdy, diverse, and passionate community in #Seattle. Hopefully I'll never need mesh networking because of mobile network or Internet outages, but I'm glad that I now have it.

Just some of the speakers who turned up in #SouthLakeUnion #Seattle for the #fixTheL8 #busLanes announcement.
Happy new #lightRail day! Waiting in a massive line at Judkins Park to board the #2line from #Seattle to #Redmond. So many people and organizations are here. Awesome spirit. #urbanism #transit #SoundTransit #publictransport
@dandean@indieweb.social Vetco (in #Bellevue, but accessible by light rail) has Raspberry Pi stuff on their web site, but I’m not sure if it’s in store.
With the opening of #lightRail from #Seattle to #Bellevue and #Redmond, I'm suddenly interested in visiting places I haven't spent much time in during the past 20 years: the #suburbs.
It is 2026 and #Seattle still has a #TullysCoffee sign up. It looks like the old Kingdome Deli is moving in.

As someone who enjoyed the flight simulator easter egg in Microsoft Excel, I appreciate the return of entertainment features to MS Office apps
I picked up a 1998-era, floppy diskette-based, Sony Mavica digital camera recently. Today, I took it to the #UWCherryBlossom trees for the first time. Filled an entire 3.5" disk with shots like these.
