My questions are: A) Where it will be streamed? Locally in a subpage of europa.eu? (if so, where?) In YouTube, PeerTube, Twitch or similar? B) Will it be streamed live or just archived for anyone to watch after the speech? C) If it will be livestreamed, will comments be enabled for the livestream? D) If the possibility to comment live on the speech exists, will the comments be reacted to (in the speech itself or on the platform) or ignored like most comments on your posts in Mastodon are? (This is not a jab, it's just reality)

@VeroniqueB99 These people are very nice *Americans*. In ~~Europe~~ Spain (at least) we take out the trash whenever possible and put it in bins distributed along the city. And the garbage truck grabs all bins in one swipe. Edit: Europe is not homogeneous.
