There's an EU citizen's #initiative against age verification and the necessity for a digital ID on the internet: https://citizens-initiative.europa.eu/initiatives/details/2026/000011_en You can sign it if you are an EU citizen. Cheers to the Finnish people who are already at almost 10% of the threshold required! #EUid #ageverification #StopKillingTheInternet #digitalID #petition

@evacide@hachyderm.io There's an Android app everybody should have: It alerts you when someone with this kind of #surveillance tech is in vicinity. Useful in public spaces. I recommend stopping these people and have the police take their name and address, so you can sue them. https://darmstadt.social/@Datterich/116848549924252450 (in German, but all you need is to click on the link) EDIT: typo corrected #nearbyglasses #smartglasses #ai #ki #privacy #freedomrights@vandox@chaos.social

"It is an act of self-protection but, perhaps even more importantly, it is also an act of protest."

It is also our democratic duty to protect those who can't fight for themselves, who are in a minority and as such in an inferior position to defend themselves against attacks aiming at their human rights or personal privacy.

It's a duty of the majority to protect minorities - because, in a democracy, majorities change...

Gerichtsentscheidungen gern zitieren.

@_elena@mastodon.social I believe their devs are busy on some algorithm and don't have time for troubleshooting. It's something like: showReplyNumbers = realReplyNumbers^3; showBoostNumbers = realBoostNumbers^4; showLikesNumbers = realLikesNumbers * 3; Currently, they are working to add some sort of random(); to make it look less obvious while their management intensifies marketing efforts. /1!11

@tux0r@layer8.space Hm... Ich ergänze

  1. #GrapheneOS

@zackwhittaker@mastodon.social Wait, sorry, I must have missed something about that "confidential" thing. I thought that was a concept of the past, and everybody insisting on it today is at least a suspect, if not a criminal. A "normal" person should have nothing to hide, they say. Does that mean a big tech company is supporting something against the wish of those in power? How can it not be a bug?! [/sarcasm] @campuscodi@mastodon.social

@thomas@metalhead.club

@loewe@metalhead.club Danke.

@benjojo @rysiek Why does this chart make me think of the German #beA, part of electronic judicial/legal document exchange? I wonder... 😂 #ERV #HSM

Almost daily I pass by a public parking lot. A Tesla car parks there regularly, with a bumper sticker: "I bought this before Elon went crazy".

I was hoping to meet the owner/driver to discuss this impossibility... but was w/o luck so far.

The sticker is probably meant to protect his property, and I don't wish him anything bad.

Can you point me to any of these sites where you can buy these easily removable adhesives (stickers) with an appropriate response (e.g. "liar")? 😉

Was muss ich tun? Welche Daten gibt man denen dann preis? @ernestoDuracelli@ruhr.social @Diana_NRK@kolektiva.social @zotho@mastodon.social @kuketzblog@social.tchncs.de
